identify the "source" of the error message I get

I see ONLY this message: ERR 19/Feb/2017 07:27:42 SCA_MonManager::MonitorCallback: cannot get file owner (File Not Found) 1. How do I filter out of the console 2. What does it mean? 3. How do I control the message console pop-up?
